My soul waits.
Waits for my God of hope—my solid rock—my salvation—my fortress—my safe place—to do what He says He will do.
I wait in full confidence. His foundation is firm. His resources never run dry. His strength never weakens. His wisdom founded the earth. His understanding established the heavens. By His knowledge the deep broke open and the clouds drop down the dew.
His wisdom. His understanding. His knowledge.
I wait for the Lord.
I pour out my heart. Over and over and over, as many times as it takes to actually leave my heart in his hands.
He strengthens me. He gives me courage. He gives me hope.
My soul waits.
“I pour out my heart….as many times as it takes…” You put that so well. It is so true that surrender is not a one-time thing. Waiting is such a big part of this walk we are on…thanks for the reminders of who He is along the way.
Praise God for the way He uses us to encourage each other! Thank you for taking the time to comment.
